*Please note: Commissions will go through a (1-2 Business Day(s)) approval process, if denied full refund will be issued. If more information is needed (i.e> Clear photo, more details) order will be put on hold until information is received in full. Client will be notified.
When Choosing the "Deposit" payment option, the remaining balance will be due upon completion of the custom painting. Painting will not ship until remaining balance is paid, at this time you will receive a notification and payment prompt.

When Choosing the "Pay In Full" payment option, there will be no other fees, and painting will ship upon completion.

Deposit ($62.50) for both payment options are non refundable, unless commission request was denied during the approval process.
Please allow 24-48 hours to process orders due to high volume.

Once items are processed shipping is First-Class 3-5 Business Days. Business Days do not include Saturdays or Holidays.

Tracking is submitted for all orders that have chosen the Tracking options, some exclusions may apply for International shipping.
